Main Material: High-quality natural rubber core with excellent elasticity and resilience. Efficiently absorbs collision kinetic energy during berthing with superior resistance to seawater corrosion, cuts, and abrasion. Accessory Material: Front end features ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) panels that significantly reduce friction coefficient, prevent hull scratches, and are available in various colors for easy replacement. Fixing accessories utilize hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel to prevent seawater corrosion and ensure installation stability.
Manufacturing Process
- Raw Material Preparation: Natural rubber, reinforcing agents, antioxidants, and vulcanizing agents mixed in optimized proportions for marine environment performance
- Reinforcing Plate Treatment: Steel plates undergo sandblasting, pickling, and adhesive application for strong rubber-to-steel bonding
- Molding Operation: Precise positioning of inserts and rubber compound layout ensuring dimensional accuracy and product density
- Vulcanization Molding: Low-temperature, long-duration process at 140-160°C under 20-40MPa pressure ensuring thorough internal vulcanization
