This invention, through the tensile testing component, allows the transverse block to slide along the side of the longitudinal block, and the tensile testing machine to slide along the side of the transverse block, thereby enabling the tensile testing machine to perform tensile testing on the mooring bollard body from multiple directions. The mounting component can fix mooring bollard bodies of different specifications onto the mounting seat.
