The mooring post (Bollard) is the core safety equipment for mooring ships at ports, on ship decks, and at yacht docks. It is used to firmly secure the ship's mooring lines and withstand the huge tension caused by wind, waves, tides, and ship movement, ensuring the safe and stable docking of the ship. It is suitable for various mooring scenarios ranging from small river vessels to 100,000-ton ocean-going cargo ships and cruise ships. The product is strictly manufactured in accordance with international and domestic standards such as ISO 19901, GB/T 25613, JIS, and DIN, and has passed the certification of third-party classification societies (CCS, LR, DNV, ABS).

Material and Manufacturing

Material Advantages
The column-type mooring post adopts an integrated molding structure, and is divided into three parts: the column body, the base, and the top cable attachment section. The structure is compact and has strong load-bearing capacity.
- Column body: Mainly uses Q235/Q355 carbon steel forging, stainless steel (304/316) casting or high-strength concrete pouring. The surface is treated with hot galvanizing, powder coating, and anti-corrosion coating. The thickness ranges from 8 to 50mm and can be customized as needed to ensure that it does not deform or get damaged when subjected to the tension of the mooring ropes for a long time.
- Base: Made of thickened steel plates or castings, it is firmly connected to the dock foundation and the concrete of the embankment through pre-installed bolts. This increases the contact area for bearing force, disperses the tension of the mooring lines, prevents the mooring posts from tipping over or loosening, and enhances the overall stability.
