High-performance steel forging marine mooring & anchor chain with black coating, available in both stud and studless link types. Professionally engineered for marine anchoring and mooring systems of various vessels and offshore facilities, featuring excellent structural strength, seawater corrosion resistance and load-bearing capacity.

Material Advantages
Adopts high-quality marine special alloy steel round bar, main grades include CM490 (U2 grade). The steel forging process optimizes the internal metal structure, eliminating internal stress and significantly improving the chain's tensile, impact and fatigue resistance.

- Suitable for heavy load anchoring of large ships and offshore engineering
- Nominal diameter range: 12.5mm - 120mm
- Standard link size: inside length 4D, outside width 3.6D (D = nominal diameter)

- No internal studs, lighter weight
- Easy to match with large shackles, avoiding stud loosening faults

- Raw Material Preparation: Select low-carbon steel wire rod with surface treatment to remove impurities
- Chain Forming and Welding: Specialized equipment forms chain links with flash butt welding and shaping
- Heat Treatment: Overall tempering treatment to eliminate stress and improve strength
- Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Immersion in molten zinc at 440-460℃ for corrosion protection
- Final Inspection: Comprehensive quality checks including zinc layer adhesion and dimensional verification
