Product Description:
Material Advantages:
Basic Structure: It usually takes rubber-coated cord fabric as the skeleton material, and is composed of outer rubber layer, synthetic tire cord layer and inner layer. These layers are vulcanized together to form a closed rubber container.
Working Principle: The fender is filled with compressed air, and after being inflated, it can float on the water surface. When the ship berths, it can absorb the impact force of the ship's movement, reduce the reaction force of the ship, and improve the stability of the ship's berthing.
Performance Parameters: Under the initial internal pressure of 50kPa, its energy absorption is 4752kJ, and the reaction force is 5747kN.
Manufacturing Process:
Reinforced Double Stitching: At key seams, double-thread sewing combined with heat-pressed edge sealing technology is employed to enhance the sealing performance and tear resistance, preventing air leakage or thread breakage after inflation.
High-Pressure Heat Bonding: The fabric seams undergo high-temperature and high-pressure heat bonding treatment, achieving high fusion and enhancing the overall structural strength to withstand collisions and impacts in marine environments.
Multi-Layer Coating Treatment: The surface is sprayed with UV protection layer and wear-resistant coating for dual protection, isolating ultraviolet rays and seawater erosion, and prolonging the service life.
Strict Air-Tightness Testing: The finished product undergoes a 24-hour high-pressure inflation test, with a pressure retention rate of ≥ 98%, ensuring no hidden leaks and stable sealing.

Material: Natural rubber + synthetic rubber composite base material, with built-in polyester cord reinforcement layer, paired with high-strength polyester slings.
Specifications: Diameter 400mm–4000mm, length 1200mm–10000mm (custom sizes available).
Working Pressure: 0.03~0.16MPa, Burst Pressure ≥0.35MPa.
Accessories: Anti-leak inflation valve, pressure test port, stainless steel shackle, wear-resistant protective sleeve (optional).
