Product Overview
The Spek anchor is the mainstream type of stockless anchor. It boasts core advantages such as sturdy structure, convenient operation, reliable grip, and strong adaptability. Manufacturing Process
The production of Anchor (Speck Anchor) mainly relies on casting or forging, following standards such as CB/T 711-1995. The core process includes:
Raw Material Preparation
- Selection: ZG200-400C, Q235 shipbuilding cast steel or forged steel meeting classification society requirements (ABS, LR, DNV, etc.)
- Raw material inspection: Spectral analysis, mechanical property testing to ensure proper chemical composition
- Mixing and melting: Electric arc furnace / medium frequency furnace melting with temperature and composition control
Forming Process
Casting process (mainstream, suitable for large specifications):
- Mold making according to CB/T 711-1995 dimensions
- Pouring at 1550-1650℃ with controlled cooling
- Castpiece cleaning and defect inspection
Forging process (suitable for high-strength requirements):
- Heating to 1100-1250℃ austenitization
- Forging formation with forging ratio ≥ 3
- Controlled post-forging cooling
Heat Treatment
- Normalizing: 880-920℃ holding with air cooling
- Quenching (optional): For increased strength and toughness
- Tempering: 550-650℃ holding to eliminate internal stress
- Performance testing: Tensile, impact, hardness tests (HB 180-240)
Finishing & Surface Treatment
- CNC mechanical processing with tolerance ±1-±3mm
- Critical dimension inspection and de-burring
