Material Advantages:

The lifting chain is made of G80 grade manganese alloy steel, with a tensile strength of 800MPa, 2.5 times that of ordinary steel, and a breaking strength exceeding the rated lifting capacity by 5 times. It undergoes multiple forging and tempering heat treatments, achieving a surface hardness of HRC45-50. It also features double rust protection through galvanizing and applying anti-rust oil, making it suitable for humid and other complex environments.

The hook is made of high-strength alloy steel, manufactured through forging, heat treatment, and polishing processes. It possesses high load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, and is not easily broken even under slight overload. It is also equipped with a safety buckle to prevent the load from falling.

The internal gears, particularly the core transmission gears, are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel. This material, combined with carburizing heat treatment, significantly improves the wear resistance and toughness of the gears, reducing gear transmission losses during lifting operations and extending the equipment's service life.

The outer casing is made of high-strength alloy steel. Some models have a square body or a design with rolled edges and reinforcing ribs, which not only provides strong impact resistance and effectively protects the internal gears, brakes and other core components, but also improves the overall structural stability of the machine.

Manufacturing Process:

Raw Material Control: G80 grade alloy steel and 20CrMnTi alloy steel are procured. Before warehousing, spectral testing and other methods are used to ensure that the materials meet basic standards such as strength and hardness, preventing substandard raw materials from entering the production process.

Component Processing: Steel is cold-extruded to form pre-designed component shapes. Then, machining processes such as drilling, milling, and planing are used to complete precision operations such as gear tooth machining and component drilling. The chain undergoes five forging processes and two heat treatments to enhance structural strength.

Surface Treatment: Components undergo degreasing, pickling, and phosphating processes to remove surface impurities and oxide layers. Afterward, the housing and hooks are sprayed with anti-rust paint, and the chain is galvanized and coated with anti-rust oil to improve overall corrosion resistance.

Assembly and Debugging: Components are assembled sequentially. Gears are assembled into the housing, the lifting sprocket and transmission structure are connected, the hook and chain are installed, and finally the handle and braking device are assembled. After assembly, the transmission smoothness and braking sensitivity are tested to ensure smooth lifting operations.

Rigorous testing: Multiple testing procedures are carried out, including raw material material testing, gear hardness testing, 100 consecutive braking tests of the braking system, and lifting tests of finished products at 1.2 times the rated load, as well as low temperature and waterproof tests. Only products that pass the tests can leave the factory.
