Reliable Core Substrate: The main body is made of carbon steel, commonly 45# steel or Q235 steel. This type of carbon steel has high strength and good forgeability, meeting the load requirements of heavy-duty applications. After die forging, the internal structure of the material is denser, reducing impurities and porosity, further enhancing the overall structural strength and adapting to the stringent load-bearing requirements of heavy-duty operations.
Surface Treatment for Corrosion Protection: The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing. The zinc layer is uniform and has strong adhesion, forming an effective protective barrier on the carbon steel surface, isolating it from corrosive media such as air and moisture. This significantly reduces the rate of rusting in harsh environments such as outdoors, in humid conditions, or at sea, significantly extending the product's service life.
Manufacturing Process:
Raw Material Pretreatment: Standard-compliant carbon steel raw materials are selected. First, the carbon steel raw materials are cut into billets suitable for product specifications using cutting equipment. Then, the billets undergo rust removal, degreasing, and other cleaning treatments to prevent impurities from affecting the subsequent forging quality.
Die forging: Key components such as the fork head and ring head are machined using die forging. The cleaned billet is heated to a high temperature to soften it, then placed in a specialized die and forged using pressure equipment. This process allows the components to achieve an ideal shape and high-strength microstructure.
Heat treatment strengthening: Targeted heat treatment is applied to the forged components. The main body undergoes normalizing to stabilize the microstructure, while the fork head, ring head, and other accessories at the ends undergo quenching and tempering to improve hardness and toughness, ensuring the components can withstand impact loads and long-term tension.
Thread machining: Left-hand and right-hand threads are machined at both ends of the forged main body to facilitate subsequent tension adjustment. After machining, thread rolling and other processes are used to optimize thread precision, ensuring smooth adjustment and uniform stress distribution.
Surface anti-corrosion treatment: After pretreatment such as pickling, the semi-finished product undergoes hot-dip galvanizing to coat the product surface with a complete zinc layer.
Testing and Customized Packaging: Through tensile testing and dimensional inspection, we ensure the product's ultimate breaking force reaches at least 5 times the working load, meeting safety standards. Packaging options include woven bags, cartons, and pallets, and custom packaging specifications can also be provided according to customer needs.
