Manufacturing Process:

Raw Material Pretreatment: Select standard-compliant carbon steel billets and pre-treat them by cutting and rust removal to remove surface impurities and oxide scale, ensuring the precision and material stability of subsequent processing.

Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing is performed according to requirements. After treatment, excess zinc layer is removed and the surface is ground to ensure a smooth appearance and uniform galvanization.
