Sufficient Safety Redundancy: After subsequent heat treatment, the product's safety factor reaches 5:1. Manufacturing Process:
Raw Material Pretreatment: Select standard-compliant carbon steel billets and pre-treat them by cutting and rust removal to remove surface impurities and oxide scale, ensuring the precision and material stability of subsequent processing.
Die Forging: The billet is processed using die forging technology. A pressure device presses the heated billet into a specialized mold to shape the main body and end caps (such as claw or ring types) of the turnbuckle. This step improves material density and structural strength.
Precision Machining: The forged workpiece undergoes drilling, tapping, and thread rolling to produce deep and regular threads, ensuring even force distribution and preventing slippage during adjustment. Simultaneously, the end caps are ground to correct dimensional deviations.
Heat Treatment Strengthening: A quenching and tempering heat treatment process optimizes the internal metallographic structure of the material, further improving the product's hardness and toughness, preventing deformation or breakage during high-strength fastening.
Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing is performed according to requirements. After treatment, excess zinc layer is removed and the surface is ground to ensure a smooth appearance and uniform galvanization.
Quality inspection before shipment: Through steps such as dimensional calibration, load testing, and thread accuracy inspection, unqualified products are screened out to ensure that the products leaving the factory meet the DIN 1480 standard before being packaged and put into storage.
