Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Anchor Chain 2mm-22mm G80 Lifting Chain
This high-performance steel forging marine mooring & anchor chain features black coating and is available in both stud and studless link types. Professionally engineered for marine anchoring and mooring systems of various vessels and offshore facilities, it offers excellent structural strength, seawater corrosion resistance, and load-bearing capacity, fully compliant with international marine classification society standards.
Material Advantages

Chain Types
Stud Link Type: With internal reinforcing studs for stable structure that resists deformation, suitable for heavy load anchoring of large ships and offshore engineering. Nominal diameter range: 12.5mm - 120mm.
Studless Link Type (Open Link): No internal studs, lighter weight, easy to match with large shackles. Nominal diameter range: 12.5mm - 70mm; ideal for medium and small vessels and offshore permanent mooring.
Manufacturing Process
- Raw Material Preparation: Selection of low-carbon steel wire rod with surface treatment and drawing to standard diameter
- Chain Forming and Welding: Specialized chain braiding equipment with flash butt welding and shaping
- Heat Treatment and Strength Testing: Overall tempering treatment with tensile testing and dimensional inspection
- Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Pre-treatment and immersion in molten zinc at 440-460℃ for corrosion protection
- Finished Product Inspection and Packaging: Final inspection including zinc layer adhesion and dimensional verification
