Material Advantages:

Utilizing high-strength synthetic rubber (such as a blend of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber), with an elastic recovery rate exceeding 90%, it can quickly absorb the impact of ship berthing, reducing damage to the dock and the ship's hull.

The rubber material is highly dense, exhibiting excellent wear resistance, with a Shore hardness of 60-70A, allowing it to withstand long-term friction without easily cracking or chipping.

It possesses good weather resistance and corrosion resistance, able to withstand harsh environments such as seawater, ultraviolet radiation, and extreme temperatures (-40℃ to 60℃), extending its service life by more than 30%.

The material is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, containing no heavy metals or other harmful substances, and will not pollute the marine environment, meeting marine environmental protection standards.

Manufacturing Process:

Material Pretreatment: Synthetic rubber raw materials are mixed with reinforcing agents, antioxidants, and other additives in precise proportions, and then plasticized at 120-150℃ using an internal mixer to ensure uniform rubber texture and stable elasticity.

Skeleton and Airbag Molding: High-strength polyester cord fabric is used as the skeleton layer, wound into a 600*1000mm cylindrical structure, with an inner rubber airtight layer. Preliminary shaping is achieved using a vulcanizing machine to ensure airtightness.

Overall Vulcanization Process: The molded fender is placed in a large vulcanizing tank and vulcanized at 150-160℃ and 1.5-2.0MPa pressure for 4-6 hours to allow the rubber molecules to fully cross-link, improving material strength and anti-aging properties.

Accessory Assembly and Sealing: Inflation valves, flange joints, and other accessories are installed. Secondary vulcanization sealing is used at the interfaces to ensure no air leakage. A wear-resistant protective coating is applied to the outer layer to enhance surface abrasion resistance.

Finished product inspection: Products pass airtightness tests (pressurized to 0.3-0.5MPa and held for 24 hours without leakage), impact resistance tests, and dimensional accuracy tests. Unqualified products are reworked directly, and the factory pass rate is over 99%.

Applications:

Yacht / Sailing Boat Protection: Suitable for various sizes of yachts and sailboats. When moored at the dock or when sailing and meeting, it buffers the impact force of collisions, protecting the paint finish and the structure of the boat.
Fishing Boat / Speedboat Use: Suitable for near-shore navigation and mooring in shallow waters. It resists the friction of rocks and shore walls, and is also suitable for the portable storage needs of small vessels.
Dock / Floating Platform Protection: As a fixed buffer device, it is installed at the edge of the dock or around the floating platform to prevent direct impact of ships when moored, reducing wear and tear.
