High-strength and pressure-resistant: Cast steel is selected as the core material. This material has extremely high mechanical strength and toughness, which can easily withstand the 150-ton tension during the mooring process. It can also resist the impact force generated by large ships on the mooring lines due to wind and waves, avoiding structural deformation or fracture. Some products can even be upgraded to adapt to the mooring requirements of up to 300 tons of load.
Strong corrosion resistance: After special surface treatment processes such as polishing, hot-dip galvanizing, or epoxy coating, the bollard can resist the corrosion of salt spray, seawater, and humid air in the marine environment. Compared with ordinary steel components, it has a longer service life and reduces the frequency of replacement and maintenance in harsh marine conditions.


Manufacturing Process:

Precision Casting: First, according to the design drawings of 150T load-bearing standards, a casting mold is made. The molten high-quality cast steel is poured into the mold. After cooling and forming, preliminary shaping is carried out to ensure that the overall structure meets the basic size requirements, and the key stress parts are thickened and reinforced.
Structural Reinforcement: In order to improve the load-bearing capacity, reinforcing ribs or thickened bases are added to the bollard. The base is designed to match the bolt installation or welding requirements, so that the tension can be evenly transmitted to the dock or ship deck structure during use, avoiding local stress concentration.
Surface Treatment & Inspection: After casting and forming, the bollard is polished to remove surface defects. Then, anti-corrosion treatment such as epoxy coating is carried out. Finally, strict load-bearing tests are conducted. Only the products that can bear 150 tons of tension stably can leave the factory. Many products also pass certifications of classification societies such as LR, ABS, and CCS to meet international marine standards.
