**Multi-layer Cord Reinforced Structure:** Embedded with high-strength polyester or nylon cords arranged in a cross-hatching pattern, this structure significantly enhances the fender's tensile and tear resistance, ensuring it can withstand the intense impacts of berthing.

1. Raw Material Pretreatment
The rubber base material is formulated (a mixture of natural rubber, neoprene, etc., in specific proportions) and then high-temperature mixed in an internal mixer to improve material uniformity and weather resistance.

High-strength cords are impregnated with rubber to enhance adhesion and prevent delamination during use.

2. Carcass and Reinforced Body Forming
The impregnated cords are cross-wound at a predetermined angle (adapting to the direction of force) using a winding machine to form a multi-layered reinforcing skeleton, laying the foundation for impact resistance.

The outer rubber layer is calendered into a sheet of specified thickness using an extruder and evenly wrapped around the cord skeleton. It is then compacted using a laminating machine to ensure no air bubbles or gaps.

3. Vulcanization Molding
The tire body is placed in a custom mold and vulcanized for several hours under high temperature and pressure (temperature 150-180℃, pressure 1.5-2.5MPa).

The vulcanization process cross-links and solidifies the rubber molecules, improving material strength, elasticity, and sealing performance, while simultaneously ensuring tight fusion of the structural layers.

4. Accessory Installation and Assembly

After vulcanization and cooling, install metal flanges, valves, slings, or tire netting, etc. Flanges are double-fixed using welding and sealant to prevent air leakage.

Tire netting is connected to both ends of the fender via chains to ensure a secure fit and enhance outer protective performance.

5. Rigorous Quality Inspection

Inflation Test: Inflate with air at the specified pressure, let stand for 24-48 hours, and test for air tightness. No pressure drop indicates acceptance.

Appearance and Dimensional Inspection: Inspect the surface for cracks, bubbles, and missing adhesive. Dimensional deviations must conform to ISO 17357 standard.

Mechanical Performance Sampling Inspection: Randomly select finished products for tensile, tear, and impact tests to ensure they meet the stress requirements for ship berthing.
