V type rubber fender is one of the most widely used marine fenders for small and medium-sized docks, jetties, fishing harbors, barges and workboats. It features a simple V-shaped structure, easy installation, high elasticity and good anti-collision performance.

Material Advantages:


High elasticity and impact resistance: The flexible molecular chains of natural rubber can absorb the huge impact force when ships berth, deform and then quickly rebound, reducing damage to the hull and the dock.

Manufacturing Process:


Raw Material Preparation and Formulation: Select high-purity natural rubber as the base material, add carbon black, vulcanizing agents, anti-aging agents and other additives in proportion. Fully mix them in an internal mixer under high temperature and pressure to ensure uniform dispersion of materials and enhance the comprehensive performance of rubber.
Arch Structure Preforming: Put the mixed rubber compound into a customized arch mold, perform preliminary shaping with an extruder, and discharge air inside the material to avoid defects such as bubbles and pores in the finished product.
High-Temperature Vulcanization Curing: Send the preformed blank together with the mold into a vulcanization tank. Control the temperature at 150-180℃ and pressure at 1.5-2.5MPa, keep the temperature and pressure for 3-6 hours to promote cross-linking of rubber molecular chains and form a stable arch-type solid structure.
Post-Processing and Trimming: Demold after vulcanization, remove burrs with a grinder, and smooth the contact surface of the fender to ensure the mounting surface fits the wharf structure.
Finished Product Inspection and Acceptance: Conduct multiple performance tests, including elastic recovery rate, wear resistance and tear strength tests. Simultaneously inspect the appearance for no cracks and ensure dimensional deviation meets standards before delivery.
