Customized stainless steel 316L material is also available (suitable for high-corrosion chemical docks / special maritime scenarios). The overall structure has no joint gaps, and it has strong resistance to deformation and fracture, meeting the long-term heavy mooring mechanical requirements.
Precision processing: Sand mold / lost foam precision casting → Overall heat treatment to eliminate internal stress → CNC machining for the column body / base (surface roughness ≤ Ra12.5) → Multiple anti-corrosion treatments → 100% static load / dynamic load pressure test inspection → Ship classification society third-party inspection → Factory full inspection.
Anti-corrosion treatment:
Standard model: Hot-dip galvanizing (zinc layer thickness ≥ 85 μm, salt spray test ≥ 1200 hours), effectively resisting high-salt corrosion in the ocean;
Strengthened model: Hot-dip galvanizing + epoxy zinc-rich primer (80 μm) + polyurethane topcoat (60 μm), double-layer anti-corrosion, suitable for high-corrosion sea areas / chemical docks;
Customized model: Stainless steel natural brushed finish / mirror polished finish, no need for later anti-corrosion maintenance.
