Accessory Material: The front end is typically fitted with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) panels. Fixing accessories are mostly made of hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel to prevent seawater corrosion from causing connection failure and ensure installation stability.

Manufacturing Process:

Raw Material Preparation and Formulation: Natural rubber, reinforcing agents, antioxidants, vulcanizing agents, and other raw materials are mixed in proportion. The formula is optimized for marine environments to enhance weather resistance and abrasion resistance. The mixture is then processed into a homogeneous rubber compound using mixing equipment.

Insertion Reinforcing Plate Treatment: The matching steel reinforcing plates are sandblasted and pickled with dilute hydrochloric acid to remove rust and oil. After drying, they are further cleaned. Isocyanate adhesive is then applied, allowed to stand for 2 hours, and then a high-hardness putty and film are applied to prepare for a strong bond between the rubber and the steel plate.

Molding Operation: The prepared rubber compound and the treated reinforcing plates are placed into a specialized mold according to the product structure. The inserts are precisely positioned, and the rubber compound is laid out reasonably with appropriate allowance to ensure the density and dimensional accuracy of the molded product.

Vulcanization Molding: Vulcanization is carried out under high pressure of 20-40MPa, with the temperature controlled at 140-160℃. This low-temperature, long-duration vulcanization process ensures thorough internal vulcanization of thick-gauge rubber fenders, preventing incomplete vulcanization defects.

Subsequent Processing and Inspection: After vulcanization, the product is demolded and processed, including trimming and grinding. Some products require machining of installation grooves. Then, dimensions (verifying key specifications such as 500H×1500mm), hardness, tensile strength, and other indicators are inspected. The adhesion strength between the rubber and the steel plate is also tested. Only products that pass the inspection are released from the factory.
