Precision Cutting: Utilizing CNC laser cutting technology, precise cutting of the material fabric is carried out to ensure a dimensional error of ≤ 1%, meeting the requirements for the formed shape after inflation.
Reinforced Double Stitching: At key seams, double-thread sewing combined with heat-pressed edge sealing technology is employed to enhance the sealing performance and tear resistance, preventing air leakage or thread breakage after inflation.
High-Pressure Heat Bonding: The fabric seams undergo high-temperature and high-pressure heat bonding treatment, achieving high fusion and enhancing the overall structural strength to withstand collisions and impacts in marine environments.
Multi-Layer Coating Treatment: The surface is sprayed with UV protection layer and wear-resistant coating for dual protection, isolating ultraviolet rays and seawater erosion, and prolonging the service life.
Strict Air-Tightness Testing: The finished product undergoes a 24-hour high-pressure inflation test, with a pressure retention rate of ≥ 98%, ensuring no hidden leaks and stable sealing.
Edge Reinforcement Molding: The edges are treated with thickened edge wrapping and reinforced fastening design to strengthen the stressed points and prevent wear and deformation over long-term use.![]()

Operating pressure remains stable at 0.05-0.2MPa after inflation, with burst pressure ≥0.5MPa, accommodating vessels from 100,000 to 300,000 DWT.

Custom installation plans can be tailored to dock structures (e.g., caisson docks, gravity docks). Routine maintenance requires only periodic checks of chain tightness and inflation pressure. Individual tire sections can be replaced after wear, reducing maintenance costs.
- Strong environmental adaptability: Withstands extreme temperatures from -30°C to 80°C with excellent UV resistance. After 5,000 hours of UV exposure, rubber elasticity retention exceeds 85%. Suitable for harsh environments including seawater, oil contamination, and salt spray, with no special usage restrictions.
