The Pneumatic Rubber Fender is a core and universal equipment for collision prevention and protection of ships and ports. The entire series is formed through an integrated molding and vulcanization process, without any joint gaps. The overall structure is a multi-layer rubber composite + high-strength frame reinforcement. Its air tightness, structural strength, and impact resistance all meet international maritime standards and are suitable for harsh marine conditions:
Outer layer protection: Natural rubber / nitrile rubber composite material, with additives for UV resistance, aging resistance, and seawater corrosion resistance. The surface can be customized with wear-resistant patterns / anti-slip coatings. It is resistant to friction, tear-resistant, and can effectively prevent scratches and impacts from ship berthing.
Middle layer reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-strength polyester cord / nylon cord are wound axially / radially, and some large-sized products are equipped with steel wire rings for reinforcement. This significantly improves the tensile and bulge resistance of the protective planks, preventing structural deformation under high pressure.
Inner layer air tightness: High-purity butyl rubber, with excellent air tightness, which can maintain working pressure for a long time, reducing the frequency of daily air inflation and lowering maintenance costs.
Standard accessories: All specifications are equipped with galvanized / 304 stainless steel inflation valves, precision pressure gauges, and sealing gaskets. Reinforced Double Stitching: At key seams, double-thread sewing combined with heat-pressed edge sealing technology is employed to enhance the sealing performance and tear resistance, preventing air leakage or thread breakage after inflation.
High-Pressure Heat Bonding: The fabric seams undergo high-temperature and high-pressure heat bonding treatment, achieving high fusion and enhancing the overall structural strength to withstand collisions and impacts in marine environments.
Multi-Layer Coating Treatment: The surface is sprayed with UV protection layer and wear-resistant coating for dual protection, isolating ultraviolet rays and seawater erosion, and prolonging the service life.
Strict Air-Tightness Testing: The finished product undergoes a 24-hour high-pressure inflation test, with a pressure retention rate of ≥ 98%, ensuring no hidden leaks and stable sealing.
