Main Rubber Compound: Utilizes a blend of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber (total rubber content ≥75%), enhanced with high-wear-resistant carbon black, anti-aging agents, and tear-resistant additives. With a Shore hardness of 65-75HA, it combines high elasticity and exceptional toughness to withstand repeated deformation and friction under heavy vessel loads.
Reinforcement Design: Incorporates 8-16 layers of 1870D/2 high-strength nylon cord fabric secured via cross-winding technology. Specialized rubber adhesive applied between layers ensures bond strength ≥4.0kN/m and tensile strength ≥3000N/5cm. This guarantees uniform radial pressure distribution, enabling a maximum working pressure of 0.3MPa.
Sealed Anti-Sinking Structure: Features an internal butyl rubber sealing layer with a 24-hour leakage rate ≤1.5%. Paired with an integrally vulcanized hemispherical end cap, it eliminates joint gaps. Select models can be filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam, preventing sinking even if the rubber layer is damaged, enhancing operational safety.
Compatible accessory materials: Inflation valves and nozzles are made of corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel. Lifting slings and reinforcement straps use high-strength polyester fiber with rubber sleeves to prevent abrasion damage to the airbag.
Manufacturing Process:
Raw Material Compounding and Sheet Preparation: Natural rubber, butyl rubber, carbon black, anti-aging agents, and other raw materials are fed into a closed mixer in specified proportions. Compounding is performed at 120-150°C until uniformity is achieved. The mixture is then calendered into sheets of uniform thickness for inner tubes, outer tires, and cord fabric laminated sheets.
Reinforcement Layer Forming: Polyester cord fabric is wound circumferentially around the tire carcass. Specialized rubber adhesive is applied between each layer to ensure strong interlayer bonding. Tension is uniformly controlled during winding to prevent wrinkles that could compromise pressure-bearing performance.
Bladder Vulcanization: Employing large-scale autoclave vulcanization, the wound bladder carcass is placed into a custom mold. Vulcanization occurs at 150-160°C and 0.8-1.0 MPa pressure for 4-6 hours, achieving complete rubber cross-linking and curing to form an integrated structure.
End Cap Sealing and Valve Installation: Molded end caps are thermally vulcanized to the bladder body, with additional reinforcement through 3-5 layers of cord fabric winding at the joint. Install copper inflation valves and safety valves, followed by airtightness testing (inflate to working pressure, maintain for 24 hours; leakage rate ≤3%).
Finished Product Inspection: Conduct hydrostatic burst testing (at 1.5 times working pressure), load-bearing performance testing (simulating vessel weight loading), verify dimensional tolerances (diameter deviation ≤ ±5mm, length deviation ≤ ±10mm), and inspect surface quality. Units are released from the factory only upon passing all inspections.![]()

Deflated units fold for storage, eliminating the need for heavy equipment during transport and deployment. A remote pneumatic control system enables precise, synchronized adjustment of multiple airbags, ensuring smooth ship transfers or docking/undocking.
Weather-Resistant Durability: Rubber layers resist seawater corrosion and UV aging, with a service life of 8-12 years under normal conditions. Anti-slip patterns on the outer surface minimize relative slippage between vessels and airbags, adapting to marine and inland waterway environments.
